In spring of 2017, Kaiser Permanente launched Care Essentials, their new walk-in clinic service.

eROI was chosen to design and build their website, CareEssentials.org.

In the Portland urgent-care market, Providence's ZOOM+Care and Legacy's GoHealth are growing rapidly, but their uniform brand identities are completely disassociated from their host neighborhoods.

We felt this cookie-cutter approach misses a crucial factor. Our approach derives from my research insight that social and cultural factors are strongly associated with individual health outcomes. Getting, and especially staying, sick has much to do with where, how and with whom you live.
