UX content strategy
In spring of 2017, Kaiser Permanente launched Care Essentials, their new walk-in clinic service.
With my colleagues at eROI, I helped research, structure, write and design content for the website CareEssentials.org. UX-focused content strategy played a heavy role in this website project, as did our data insights on user behavior in health- and urgent-care settings.
